FurSure is designed to scale seamlessly across teams and integrates directly with your existing payroll system. It includes valuable features such as comprehensive onboarding support, reduced administrative fees & claim excess, and a comprehensive suite of group benefits.
Once you sign up, we provide a co-branded onboarding link to our partner app, Petsly - a holistic pet management app. Employees complete a short online form, select a plan, and coverage starts the following month.
New joiners complete the same onboarding flow. You just need to notify us via email or our admin form when someone joins or leaves.
Employees submit claims via the Petsly app or claims email. We settle directly with the vet or reimburse the employee. HR has no admin role in the process.
We simply migrate their payment method from payroll to a personal debit order. Cover remains uninterrupted.
The employer signs a group agreement with FurSure, but each employee signs an individual consent and owns their plan selection.
Via payroll deduction via supported payroll providers. If we have not integrated with your payroll provider, we provide your payroll team with a simple monthly file to process, based on enrolled staff. No custom integration required.
Yes. While we encourage some level of contribution to increase adoption, you can offer it as a fully voluntary, payroll-deducted benefit.

Pack Plans (FurSure Family & Household) are designed for households with multiple pets, covering all pets under one policy with shared limits. Individual Plans (Essential & Complete) offer per-pet protection with higher flexibility and optional upgrades like chronic care.
It depends on the plan. All plans cover vet visits, diagnostics, emergencies, and medications. Premium options include chronic conditions, dental, and preventative care like flea/tick treatment and vaccinations. Please review our policy documentation for more information.

Yes! Pack Plans cover multiple pets under one policy. Individual Plans can be purchased separately per pet.
Your HR team will share a link to FurSure’s onboarding portal via the Petsly app. It takes just a few minutes to enroll, complete the required documentation and activate coverage.
Coverage begins on the 1st of the following month, provided you enroll before the cutoff date (usually the 25th of the month).

Petsly is a pet management app designed to help manage and store pet-related information. It provides AI-driven insights into your pet's health and speeds up your claims processes. We encourage all users to utilise the app for speedy claims and pet health insights.
